I contacted Al regarding two deep dime sized door dings in my passenger door. Al was able to schedule me, same day, and repair the damage in less than 30 minutes. Al's repair was absolutely undetectable and undoubtedly saved me aggravation when I turn in my lease in 2 weeks. Thanks Al, you are a wizard of dent repair!
Al fixed dents on my Acura MDX and Honda CRV. He did a great job. I highly recommend him.
I contacted Al after reading many positive review's about his work. He met me at my house the same day I called him. He inspected the door ding on my 2017 Buick Regal that was right on the door feature line and told me he would do his best but it may still be visible. Well Al did his magic and the door looks as good as new. Not only did he fix the door ding but he buffed out scuff marks on the door. I highly recommend Al for PDR repairs.
Doc (Al) is the Best! He has removed dents on my last 2 vehicles which are Cadillac's (CTS/ATS). Al is professional, and honest. He will first evaluate the damage and inform you if he can repair the damage before he starts. My vehicles you couldn't tell where the damage was, he is that good. I would not let anyone else work on my vehicles. I highly recommend 'Doc' (Al) to anyone. He is truly an artist when it comes to his profession, and a nice guy. He will come to you and is prompt. He'll repair the damage while you wait. I have recommended him to others and will continue to in the future.
Al of Doctor of Dents has fixed dents on two of my vehicles. Both times the results were excellent!
Had a significant door ding in a tricky area on a brand new GMC Terrain. Al first asked a few pointed questions about the damage to determine if it was in a reparable area. He wasn't sure it could be repaired due to where it was located but agreed to look at in person and arrived the next day. He explained the entire process then went to work. 45 minutes later it was 100% repaired. Not a trace of the ding. Great work and I've already recommended him to friends and family.
Some Richard opened his door into the side of my brand new 2019 Ram pickup a couple days ago. On a very cold Sunday morning the doc came out and and performed his magic! I'm a very picky person and was skeptical that he could fix the dent because of where it was. I am amazed at the results! There is absolutely no sign of the dent! He takes a lot of pride in his work and will definitely recommend him in the future. Thanks Al!
I took my Buick Enclave to DOD (Doctor of Dents) this past weekend. DOD worked on the vehicle while I waited. I have been to other paintless dent suppliers, they don't compare to the DOD. Prior to starting, the vehicle had years of door dings. These were accentuated by the fact that the vehicle is carbon black. Vehicle looks like new again. Great prices and a really nice guy.
I recently purchased a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in excellent condition. While on vacation a month later in South Dakota I was unfortunately caught in a hailstorm. The only part of the car that was damaged was the hood with approximately 75 pea-sized dents due to the fact that it is aluminum rather than steel like the rest of the vehicle. The body shop I used on many occasions, recommended replacing the hood and insisted PDR was not an option as PDR could only be performed correctly on steel. The problem I have with that option is matching 4 year old metallic paint and it fading differently from the original paint.
I contacted two PDR companies and although they both said they could do the repair I just had trust issues with them. One said to drop off the hood and it would take approximately two weeks. The other looked at the car for a few minutes and said he would email a quote which I never received. After a week of calling him numerous times and still never receiving it I told him to just give me the quote over the phone. He told me he’d call me right back which never happened.
That’s when I contacted Al from Doctor of Dents. I spoke to him on the phone and made arrangements to meet him at his house even though it was an hour’s drive. After the first five minutes of meeting him I gained confidence that he could perform the work. His garage was immaculate with an epoxy floor and everything in its place. Granted, a clean garage is no indication of ones ability, but that coupled with his demeanor, his honesty and overall professionalism made him my choice for this repair. He examined the hood the whole time we spoke while I asked him questions regarding his experience, whether he did this part time etc. He has been in the business for years and this is all he does. He was very honest in stating that although he did not expect any problems that he couldn’t be sure as every dent is different and would not know if he could gain access to all the dents. After dropping the car off in the evening, it was completed the next morning. I could not believe the result. Expecting to see some remnants of a few dents there was absolutely no indication that the hood was ever damaged. Every angle I examined resulted in a smooth finish. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I now have a vehicle that has no damage with original paint and the price of the repair was a quarter of replacing the hood. I’ve had other minimal PDR repairs in the past (a few hail damage dents) but Al is virtually the best I’ve ever seen. Excellent repairs, great prices, honesty, and just an overall nice guy.
Used for hood dent. Al did a great job. Very pleasant and straight forward. Would use again.
